Lineage Celebrates Grand Opening of Expanded Vejle Facility, Strengthening its Cold Storage Network across the Nordics

Amsterdam, Netherlands – Lineage, Inc. (NASDAQ: LINE) (the “Company”), one of the world’s leading temperature-controlled industrial REITs and integrated solutions providers, today celebrated the availability of significant additional capacity at its cold storage facility in Vejle, Denmark. 

The celebration marks a major milestone in Lineage’s continued investment in the Nordic region and commitment to supporting food supply chains across Northern Europe.

Located in the heart of Denmark’s logistics corridor, the expansion adds 6,000 square meters to the facility and increases its total capacity to 93,500 EUR pallet positions. The site’s proximity to major motorways positions it as a vital link between Denmark and the broader Nordic and European markets. It also offers efficient access to key regional ports, including Aarhus and Hamburg, further enhancing logistical connectivity and supply chain efficiency for customers. As a prominent hub for Danish retailers, Vejle sits at the heart of a concentrated frozen retail market, with a significant share located within just 30 kilometers.

The upgraded facility features cutting-edge technologies that optimize energy efficiency and ensure the safe storage of temperature-sensitive goods. The expansion reflects Lineage’s broader strategy of investing in scalable, efficient infrastructure to better serve customer needs across a rapidly evolving cold chain landscape.
