CODE OF CONDUCT

Making a collective commitment to our Code

At Lineage, our values define who we are and connect us to one another, to our work and to our purpose as an organization — to transform the food supply chain, eliminate waste and help feed the world. Working in line with our values enables us to make a difference while making Lineage a great place to work.

The Code provides guidance on our shared responsibility to conduct business in a way that complies with the law, to respect the people we work with and communities we serve and to protect the integrity of the food supply chain.

Our Code of Conduct applies to all officers, directors and employees. Together, we will strengthen the chain.

SPEAK UP

Live our values – Speak Up

We count on our Lineage team members to speak up when something doesn’t seem right. Because when we speak up, we live our Lineage values. Raising a question or reporting a concern is the first step to resolving an issue. It reflects our Lean culture and enables us to continuously improve by understanding the situation and supporting our approach to problem-solving.

What type of situations should you report? Anything that involves misconduct or potential misconduct, so examples include harassment or bullying, bribery or kickback schemes, inappropriate gifts or gratuities, food safety concerns, theft, financial wrongdoing and more.
