Seattle - Garfield Street

Effective 7/1/2026, the Master Lease for Building 40 with the Port of Seattle was assigned to IPC. As a result, Lineage is no longer the lessee of Building 40 under the Port of Seattle lease, and IPC is no longer subleasing Building 40 from Lineage. IPC now holds the Master Lease directly with the Port of Seattle.
