Charleston, SC

We're expanding our Charleston-Palmetto Commerce location to include 21,000 new pallet positions and 105,000 sq. ft of new freezer space to add approximately 6.3 MM cubic feet of additional freezer space. View the project any time using our construction camera.
 

Logan Township, NJ

Our new location in southern New Jersey with quick access to Philadelphia is underway! The traditional freezer design will use a narrow aisle semi-automatic material handling system to efficiently move product throughout the 189,800+ sq. ft space, adding 29,000+ pallet positions to our global network. Many energy efficiencies have been built into the Greenfield construction plan such as the facility is fully equipped with LED lighting, office, dock, and freezer area, along with a central refrigeration system equipped with variable frequency drive allowing the system to reduce energy consumption. Docks are equipped with high tech seals ensuring product is not exposed to outside conditions but is always protected to ensure product quality is not compromised. View the project at any time using our construction camera.
 

Portsmouth, VA

Our new facility in Portsmouth will be in close proximity to the Port of Virginia's world-renowned Portsmouth Marine Terminal, an integrated network of highways, air, rail, and sea services. Stevens Point, WI
